resources both online and off-line.

Before recommending a given resource to a patient, there is need for careful interview
of the patient, go through their case history, and perform physical examinations in order to
determine their condition and, therefore, their needs. Information gathered through such
activities helps in providing the best resources to help the patient understand and better
manage their condition. Equally important, such information helps one to make accurate
medical codes. By recording all aspects of the patient’s histories, examinations, and other
