accompanying strategies for implementation in practice, which collectively improves the
quality of care delivered to the clients. This can equally be possible by using correct models of
change that allow for periodical evaluation and improvement of the models to address the
dynamic needs of the patients. The advanced registered leaders should be patient enough and
resilient in ensuring that the implementation process takes off. Any technical hitches during the
implementation process can be addressed by a group of experts who will be available for
prompt consultation and service in the case of software and hardware technology.
In conclusion, the primary aim of registered nurses is to do extensive research and
generate innovative solutions and best practices that can be applied to meet the needs of the
patients. Similarly, the registered nurses also foster a collaborative mindset with other
stakeholders during the dissemination exercise. The stakeholders will have sufficient
information on the workability and sustainability of the proposed innovations in promoting
positive patient outcomes.
