To start, you can

  1. Introduction
 A general discussion of the project manager’s plan to incorporate the new firm
    into Johnsonville Community Hospital.
 A discussion of the role that the project manager will play in the project plan
and, therefore, the importance of the project manager in the successful
    implementation of the project.
 Examination of the tools that the project manager will use to help make the
    project a success.
  2. Pre-project approval
 Discussion of investment into the project and how it can be implemented in a
manner that ensures that it does not exceed the budgeted amount.
 An explanation of the business case for the project. This will include an
outline of the project’s plan, the resources that are needed to implement it, and
    its scope.
  3. Project Organization and Definition
 Breakdown of the work that will be needed to successfully implement the
project. Under this work breakdown there will be a definition and summary of
the project’s scope and its major deliverables.
  4. Project Scheduling and Design
 Incorporation of a new service line into a service line that is already in
    existence.

3
 Make sure that the incorporation of the new service line into the existing one
does not have a negative effect on the firm’s ability to satisfy the needs of
customers.
 Creation of a Gantt chart. Gantt chart helps to assess the length that the project
will take and, therefore, the likely resources that will be needed to complete
the project. It also specifies dependencies between various tasks of the project.

  1. Project Control and Management
 Control and monitoring of the project after it has been defined, designed, and
approved. Tight control of the project is key to its successful implementation.
The tight control can be achieved through creation of Gantt chart which helps
in achieving greater control of the project’s schedule and resources.
 Use Gantt chart to monitor various aspects of the project, such as resource use
and the speed at which major deliverables are made.
 Project dashboards will also be used to establish various aspects of the project.
These aspects include estimated timelines of the project, potential changes to
the project’s scope, make estimation of earned value, and estimation of the
    project’s actual cost.
 Establish potential risks for the project. Some of the risks to be assessed
    include:
 Cost risk: Escalation of the costs of the project due to, among other
factors, scope creep and poor cost. Such escalation may delay
    successful implementation of the project.
 Schedule risk: This is the risk of project activities taking longer time
than planned to complete. Schedule risk not only increases the costs of
the project but also delays the receipt of the benefits of the project.

4
 Performance risk: This is the risk of the project failing to produce the
expected results that are consistent with the specifications of the
project.
 Operational risk: The risk associated with poor implementation as well
as process problems, such as lack of proper documentation at every
stage of the project.
 Strategic risk: Risk resulting from errors of strategy that include
choosing a technology system that does not work well.

Conclusion

 The conclusion will provide a summary of the service lines,
procedures, and processes of the project plan as well as the potential
changes to the organization that may result from the implementation of
the project.
