Ethics in the Workplace

The course has been insightful and exciting in equal measure. I have been able to learn
various essential concepts in human resource management. The discussions have enabled me to
interact with my colleagues and the instructor. Discussion posts have ensured that an online
presence has been created. I have been able to post my ideas on different issues and respond
to what my classmates have posted. A robust online conversation between myself and my
colleagues has been created. I have understood different perspectives on different issues, and this
has been enlightening. Through peer responses, I have been able to explore various issues
covered in class deeply.
Assignments have also given me the chance to explore various human resource
management topics and concepts. I have taken time to research and, in so doing, covered vast
materials written on different topics. Assignments have kept me up to date with various
developments in the real world. I have gained the necessary exposure and knowledge on various
HR topics. I feel that I have been able to understand the central role that human resources play in
the success of an organization. People are a major component of various organizations. As a
result, organizations have to come up with strategies that seek to ensure that employees are
productive. Organizations have to hire the best employees and ensure that all employees remain
motivated in the workplace (Stewart & Brown, 2020). In future, I will seek to ensure that I work
closely with organizations to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with organizational strategies.
I will adopt the correct strategies to boost organizational productivity.
