to get processed. Given that this deals with hospital data that help diagnose and treat patients, the
data should get transmitted faster and effectively to the respective stations. To effectively ensure
that this is achieved, the system or the provider should have a high-performance capability. This
ensures that the data flow is not cut short and, therefore, high performance is maintained. The
provider should also allow for flexibility given that there exist constant changes within the
working environment in such a setting. The performance is enhanced by having better
technology.
The second consideration is that of data security. The organization deals with sensitive
data, making it a priority to ensure that it is well protected. Given that most of the patient’s data

should remain confidential, the provider should guarantee data security. There have been
numerous data theft and phishing cases, which has led to the organization getting skeptical about
moving on to a cloud platform. The third consideration is the cost. Given that the organization
has been dealt with a blow due to a failure in a system that they have hugely invested in, the
platform’s cost should be considered to cushion the organization from unnecessary spending,
which could lead to losses (Wankhede et al., 2020).
For the implementation and adoption of cloud infrastructure providers, google cloud is
the best for the company. The organization only serves a small local population which will
benefit from the subsidized prices of the services by google cloud. Given that the company is
looking for an affordable option, this will be the most viable option. Google Cloud also allows
for effective transfer of data which can be attributed to its leading database management and
ability to schedule data transfer. The platform is also very simple, which makes it an added
advantage as the organization will not have to invest much in the training and hiring of new
operators. AWS is suitable for the enterprise due to its numerous functions; however, due to its
cost, it is not the best option for a small organization as AEE. On the other hand, Microsoft
Azure offers better end-to-end services, which could be very efficient in terms of performance;
however, it is better suited for big data (Ucuz, 2020).
The company’s choice for AWS was not well-thought-of; however, the choice for office
is right and well-analyzed. AWS is the best cloud service provider globally, given its superior
services and early entry into the market. However, given its cost and the scope under which the
company operates, google cloud is the best option. Microsoft 365 is the best cloud service due to
its ease of operation and large data handling capabilities.
