sets goals and directs its employees to achieve them. Remarkably, the company has many
strengths that have made it possible for its continued success, including its excellent brand name,
employment of innovative techniques in production, and exemplary distribution channel.
Additionally, Pixar Inc. strives to meet its corporate social responsibility by rewarding
employees appropriately and providing quality amination films to its customers. The firm
employs an entrepreneurial strategy that ensures that it produces quality films that attract many
customers’ attention, which significantly drives up its sales. The profits obtained from the sales
are used to improve the levels of technology to produce unique films. The firm must continue
producing quality animation films with the help of its employees and technology to maintain its
global presence.
