Part 1
I explored various areas of the Career and Talent Development Center. Among the areas
that I visited include career readiness, professional development resources, hiring opportunities,
and interviewing tips. One of the areas that I found interesting is career readiness. I realized that
one of the ways through which career readiness is achieved is through internships. Employers
develop the talent that is suitable for their organizations through internships. Thus, internships
are a key step to achieving career readiness.
Further, I came across a career assessment, and one of the questions I found interesting
was whether I could do a job that I do not find interesting. This is a question that I found tricky
and ambiguous. I saved the assessment and purposed to read more and see how to respond to
such a question in the future.

is very useful and contains a lot of information on career decisions, internships, resumes, and a
lot more that can guide you as you make career decisions. The site has well-organized
information that you cannot just find anywhere. I cannot exhaust all the useful things contained

there but would highly recommend that you visit the site and learn about the amazing
