prospective multi-centre study covering more than 800 patients in one
year. Pancreatology, 17(4), 572-579.
The study by Fernandez et al. (2017) sought to improve the understanding of

pain with pain scores being higher among patients that had ongoing endotherapy.

cope, and subjective reactivity. Experimental and clinical psychopharmacology, 26(2),
138.
In the article, the researchers sought to find out the influence of negative mood on
alcohol-induced behavior. Using questionnaires of 128 alcohol drinkers between the ages of
18 and 25, they found that after covarying for other factors, the relationship between alcohol
choice that was induced by moods and drinking to cope was significant.

Results from the GAZEL cohort study. Addiction, 106(1), 93-101.

alcohol consumption and one’s cognitive performance based on their socio-economic group.

employees. It found that there was an association between long-term high alcohol
consumption with poorer cognitive performance among alcohol consumers from low socio-
economic groups but there was no such association among alcohol consumers from high
socio-economic groups.
