ways, and famous crimes include crimes against a person. Crimes against a person include
deviant acts such as rape and murder. The crime is directed to the person with effects from the
crime.
Murder has generally spread into most societies because individuals kill each other for
personal benefits such as money to satisfy themselves, Phillida (2022), positions in the
government ruling, and land (p.120). The individual who commits a crime believes that murder
is the only solution to eliminate a person and acquire personal benefits quickly. Though crime is
widely spread, every country has its ways of punishing criminals.

In conclusion, punishment, in this case, is viewed to be very natural, and those who commit
murder crimes face the penalty. The offenders must pay back to society for crimes committed
without consideration unless the crime was committed due to self-defense.
