Describe some of the common reasons why educators keep their data private from eachother. Suggest ways that you and your team might break down these barriers.

Educators have learned to treat data in a secure manner. Over the years, educators have
been taught on the need to have data kept safe and secure through maintaining a high level of
confidentiality. Educators thus guard data to ensure that they maintain the integrity of the data.
Educators also fail to share data with other educators because they fear harsh judgement. They
are only willing to share the data under very special circumstances. They aim to avoid being
judged harshly and in so doing being embarrassed or embarrassing the learners. In addition,
educators are not willing to share their success recipe. Educators work hard to achieve success
and are not willing to share their secrets to success.
For those without such experience, discuss the importance of the three pillars of data
management and how you intend to apply this to your anticipated practice.
I have not had a classroom, and assessment experience has been new to the education
career. However, I believe that standardized assessments should be shared with all teachers at the
end of every academic year. In so doing, learners that need special accommodations can be
identified, and this can help in the attainment of educational goals. Sharing data with other
educators can help ensure that the learning process is enhanced. The three pillars of data
management are easily accessible, openly shared, and deliberately shared. In applying the three
pillars of data management, I intend to ensure that data can easily be located. Organizing data
well to minimize the problems associated with access will help the data to be easily accessible.
With regards to the second pillar, I intend to ensure that I share data with the right parties. The
aim will be to improve the learning process. In addition, I will seek to collaborate with my peers
while ensuring that I do not embarrass the learners.
