in school. Finally, for 83-year-old Helena, the only challenge is attending her aerobics and
gym sessions. She says that her body is extremely weak and cannot complete some of the
moderate-energy aerobic exercises she has been assigned. However, she is ready to commit
herself to all exercises (flexibility) if the trainer is willing to take her slow. Regardless,
Helena says she loves the new balanced diet because it can guarantee her a few more years.
From this assessment, it is clear that a follow-up wellness intervention is required to
ensure that all the needs and concerns of the three family members are factored in. For
instance, the follow-up intervention must consider Helena’s ability to cope with the exercises
provided. There is a need to give her workouts that she can handle. For Joyce, the new plan
must consider how to regulate her eating habits when she is not in school or at home, such as
