How to Make Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Known affectionately as PB&J, peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a very tasty staple in the
USA. It is a perfect meal or snack for those in a rush or on budget. Preparation of standard PB&J
is relatively simple. The major problem that many people face when preparing this meal is not
knowing the quantities of peanut butter and jelly to apply. Here are the simple steps to follow
when preparing peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

1. Collect the ingredients that you need for making the sandwich. These ingredients are
   peanut butter, jelly (it can be of any flavor), and sandwich bread. You will also need
   butter knife and a plate on which to take the sandwich.
2. Take out two bread slices and place them on the plate side by side.
3. Open the jelly and peanut butter. For smoother mixture stir the butter and distribute any
   settled oil.
4. Using the knife, take peanut butter in the amounts that you prefer and spread it evenly on
   one side of the first slice of bread. If you are unsure about the quantity of peanut butter
   that you need, two table spoons would be enough.
5. Using the same method in step 4, take the preferred quantity of jelly on the knife and
   spread it evenly on the second slice of bread. If you are unsure about most suitable
   quantity, use one table spoonful of jelly.
6. Combine the slice with peanut butter and the one with jelly. Match the slices evenly when
   making the combination.
7. After the combination cut the sandwich diagonally into two parts. The sandwich is then
   ready for eating.
