Influence of Entertainers on Athletes and Employees

The blog post’s main objective is to determine entertainers’ influence on young athletes
and employees. The specific research question of interest is: “how entertainers influence the
brand loyalty of young athletes?” Notably, the population for the study will be youths, especially
those are athletes and employees. Youths are the appropriate population for the study because
sports entertainers significantly influence their brand loyalty. An appropriate sample for this
study should ensure that an equal number of males and females are included in the sample
population to avoid gender bias.
In the study, one-on-one interviews are the first method that can be used to collect data. It
is vital to acknowledge that the study is qualitative in nature, and thus interviews would be
appropriate because they would help gather highly personalized information. Additionally,
interviews would help gather the participants’ subjective data, including opinions, behaviors, and
experiences (Barrett & Twycross, 2018).
The other method of data collection used for this study is open-ended questionnaires or
surveys. Typically, questionnaires are appropriate for this study because they help keep the
participants’ responses anonymous, which encourages them to provide sensitive information
about the topic. Questionnaires are also good in maintaining the study’s secrecy. In particular,
open-ended surveys, a type of questionnaire that uses open-ended questions, are appropriate
because they provide detailed information about the topic, ensuring that accurate data is obtained
for conclusions (Barrett & Twycross, 2018). Also, open-ended surveys allow for an infinite
range of answers because there is no limit to answers. With numerous opinions, it is easy to
make concrete conclusions. However, I believe questionnaires are the best method because they

promote participants’ anonymity, encouraging them to share more sensitive and accurate
information about the topic.
