Hello Eleanor, flipped classroom enhances the independence of learners. It also helps
them take charge of the learning process and be more actively involved. With the integration of
technology in the classroom, implementing a flipped classroom in conjunction with the CCSS
has been made even easier. Students can access assignments and tasks through their tablets,
smartphones, or even laptops. The teacher does not have to print work for individual leaners.
Also using tools such as Edmodo, interaction amongst students and between students and the
instructors are more efficient. The CCSS creates room for the teacher to be more creative in their
