Tour the Beer Store

You may not know it, but there are MANY places in central Ohio to buy beer. Besides grocery stores,
there are many other places to find beer. Some of the stores even specialize in beer sales. If a local
market is saturated in craft beer (as Columbus most definitely is), some grocery stores will up the ante
by stocking more than just Bud Light! The purpose of this activity is to allow you to see what styles you
can purchase at your local beer store.
Instructions
Go to a local beer store (i.e. any place that sells beer) and find bottles, cans, or packs of the styles listed
below. If you are unable to find all the styles in one store, it’s okay to go to multiple stores. Take a photo
(IMPORTANT: Remember to include a piece of paper with your name on it in the photo) of the beer,
and answer questions about each beer. You can find spaces on the following pages of this document to
do this.
When you are done, save your document and submit it via Carmen. Make sure that you upload this
activity to the “Unit 2 Activity” folder.
