TQM Management

The fact that our company is being considered for subcontracting the management of the
project means that its reputation for excellent work is fairly known by other companies.
However, we cannot assume that the whole extent of our experience and expertise is known. By
providing all the relevant information about our experience and quality of our previous works,
we will show that we are indeed the right choice for the subcontracted work.
Our excellent track record in project management is a result of our adherence to Total
Quality Management (TQM). TQM is based on the principle of having every employee in an
organization show strong commitment to highest possible standards of work in the operations of
the organization (Kloppenborg et al., 2019). Our adherence to TQM starts with the leadership of
the company. When dealing with the people who have made the company successful –
employees, customers and suppliers- the leadership always upholds integrity and ethics in order
to build a mutually-beneficial relationship based on trust.
To make sure that our work is always of the highest quality possible as the TQM
principles require, we only hire the best talent available. Then we take our hired employees
through rigorous training so that they are able to produce work of great quality that meets the
needs of our customers.
Our style of working is based on our belief in transparency and maintaining
communication with our clients throughout the duration of the project. First, we create a plan our
how we will bring the client’s project to a successful completion as recommended by Meredith et
al. (2017). The plan may be amended to reflect the input of our client. Once implementation of
the project begins we make sure that our client is kept abreast of all of the project’s development.

In this way we are able to complete the project on time while ensuring that it is of the highest
quality possible.
