   An employer wants to gauge the enthusiasm of the candidate for their career field. It
   helps in connecting the candidate’s passion with the organization’s mission.
2. What do you think an ideal workplace environment entails?
   Through this question, the employer wants to know whether the candidate has
   conducted some research about the company’s background. Having a background
   profile about the organization allows the candidate to know the industry and the
   organization’s operations pace.
3. Why are you the right fit for this position?
   This question helps the candidate to argue their case and talk about their qualities and
   provide evidence of previous achievements.
4. When reacting to public and media inquiries, what questions do you find hard to
   answer?
   This question allows the candidate to showcase their practical knowledge concerning
   public relations, client relations, agency structures, and communication technologies.
5. What does “PR” mean to you?
   Because there are many positions entailing PR, ranging from crisis management to
   social campaigns management, the employer wants to know whether the candidate
   has knowledge experience and can link it to the organization’s objectives.

7. What is the importance of social media in client relations?
   The employer wants to know whether the client has used social media to help clients
   and provide evidence through some statistics. For instance, the candidate may have
   helped clients gain followers on social media.
8. Describe a crisis in social media you once had. How did you cope with it?
   The employer wants to know the candidate’s problem-solving skills by providing a
   summary of the situation, what they did and talking about the outcomes.
